Cook the Spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Pour the Armonia di Pistacchio sauce into a pan and dilute it with 30 % cold water.
Drain the pasta and cream it off the heat with the Armonia di Pistacchio sauce, grated lemon zest and chopped dill.
Arrange the spaghetti neatly in the centre of the serving dish and complete with a sprinkling of fish roe and tufts of dill.
