Broccoli rabe and sausage flan

Ingredients | Serves 10

  • 500 g
    W150 Flour
  • 30 g
    Powdered yeast
  • 500 g
    Whole eggs
  • 300 g
    Extra virgin olive oil
  • 300 g
    Full-fat milk
  • 340 g
    Grated Emmenthal cheese
  • 130 g
    ROBO Crema di Friarielli (Cream of Broccoli Rabe Sauce)
  • 150 g
    Broccoli Rabe in ROBO oil
  • 250 g
    Sausage meat
  • 2 g
    Black pepper
  • 6 g
    Fine-grain salt

Preparation method

  1. Put all the ingredients except for the broccoli rabe and the sausage meat in a blender. Mix, taking care not to whip. Add the whole broccoli rabe and the sausage meat to the mixture. Distribute in buttered and floured aluminium moulds. Sprinkle grated Emmenthal cheese over the top. Bake in a ventilated oven at 165°C for 20/22 minutes, with the valve closed for the first 10 minutes.
