Put all the ingredients except for the broccoli rabe and the sausage meat in a blender. Mix, taking care not to whip. Add the whole broccoli rabe and the sausage meat to the mixture. Distribute in buttered and floured aluminium moulds. Sprinkle grated Emmenthal cheese over the top. Bake in a ventilated oven at 165°C for 20/22 minutes, with the valve closed for the first 10 minutes.
