The personal data acquired by Hds Spa is processed to supply the information required, send quotes, schedule meetings, perform contracts and associated legal requirements and to send any information on the professional service supplied by e-mail or manned phone calls. The personal data is processed by means of paper and electronic documents at the premises of Stradella (PV) by staff authorised by the company. To supply its service, Hds Spa may communicate the data acquired to the following entities: tax advisors for legal requirements, printers for printing packages, producers and entities providing support to Hds Spa as needed, and the food safety certification institute. We will not disclose your data to third parties. When you provide us with data, you may at any time request to be informed of the purpose and manner of their use and the parties to whom your data may be disclosed; you may also ask us to add more details or change or delete your data. You may also, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of data concerning you. The data we request are necessary for us to provide you with the service you require and to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations; therefore if you refuse to provide the data we require we might be unable to provide you with the service you requested.
